Little joy
I couldn't help myself today, the weather was stunning here in Perth so I spent the day picking fruits from my trees + tending to my overgrown veggie patch.
Today's joy came from all the little things - freshly picked fruit, sunshine + hot cups of tea. Let's celebrate the little things today, I want to know what gave you joy today?

Work life balance: does it really exist?
I've been thinking about 'work life' balance today and wondering if it really does exist - or whether the definition is fluid, depending upon how you feel.
