I already own some One Happy Leaf jewellery, how can I ensure that I don't receive the same jewellery in the mystery box?

I will check all past online orders to ensure that you don't receive the same One Happy Leaf jewellery in the mystery box. If you have purchased from me in the past from a market, please make a note at checkout of the pieces you currently own so I can ensure I provide you with something new.

If you are unhappy with the contents of your mystery box, you can always return the box to me for a refund.

When will I receive my gift box?

All boxes will be placed in the post on Monday 16th August. All boxes are shipped with tracking from Perth, Australia (we ship worldwide).

Australian deliveries: In general, items bound for Australian destinations usually arrive within 3 - 5 working days from the postage date.

Everywhere outside Australia: Parcels sent to addresses outside of Australia can take anywhere between 20 - 40 working days to arrive in international destinations due to delays with COVID-19.

How many gift boxes are available?

We only have 20 limited edition gift boxes available for purchase. It’s first in, best dressed. No reserves.

Can I gift my box to someone?

Yes, it's easy! At any time of purchase, just enter their address in the ‘shipping address’ section at checkout.

Can I return my gift box?

Can I use a discount coupon on my gift box?

No, no further discounts can apply to the gift box. Any orders with discounts codes applied will be returned and refunded.
