DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS?

Over at One Happy Leaf headquarters we want you to love your jewellery items! So, if you're not happy please make contact within 7 days from when you received your wooden treasure. One Happy Leaf will refund you the amount of the purchase (minus shipping) once the jewellery has been returned in its original condition.  

Please note we cannot refund any customised/personalised products (for example, engraved pieces, custom cake toppers etc) or digital products.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept credit card payments. PayPal and Afterpay. Please follow the instructions at checkout. 

HOW DO I PAY USING AFTERPAY? 

Afterpay allows you to shop now and pay later. The payment platform allows you to buy from our store and pay in four equal instalments due every fortnight. There are no fees to use Afterpay. All payments are interest free and you will receive your order straight away.

To use Afterpay, you must:

 Live in Australia

 Be over 18 years of age

 Have an Australian debit or credit card

To pay using Afterpay complete the instructions below:

1.) Go to your cart and click 'checkout'.

2.) Input your shipping details and click on 'payment method'.  

3.) Select Afterpay as your payment method.

4.) After clicking 'complete order', you will be redirected to Afterpay to complete your purchase securely.

I HAVE A COUPON CODE FROM SIGNING UP TO HAPPY MAIL, HOW DO I USE IT?

1 :: Once you have added your jewellery pieces to your cart, click "checkout".

2 :: Enter your coupon code on the right hand side of the screen.

3 :: Hit apply and give yourself a little high five because you have just gotten a discount!
