Last weekend was pretty surreal for me.
One Happy Leaf was selected by Etsy Australia to be showcased as part of their City to Outback tour. For the tour, Etsy partnered up with some of Australia's most influential Instagrammers to photograph their journey. You can imagine the excitement when I was told I was selected to represent Western Australia AND I was going to be photographed by Instagrammer extraordinaire Tara from @taramilktea! Let's just say there was a lot of jumping up and down and some crazy dance moves (cue: Elaine from Seinfeld).
So, over the weekend I played host to Tara, Anna (from Etsy) and Jade (Tara's sister) showing them my beautiful city (Perth) as well as my studio and jewellery-making process. There was a lot of eating during the tour, something that my stomach was not quite prepared for! We started the weekend over breakfast at Flora and Fauna cafe where the lovely snap above was taken. Yep, that's my hand on the bottom left-hand side of picture.
