With the rapidly changing situation surrounding Covid-19, our number 1 priority is keeping our customers informed about steps we are taking to ensure our safe product and timely delivery.

We are continuing to closely monitor and follow state and federal guidance as circumstances evolve.

As of May 13th we are still processing and shipping orders as normal. We have no intention to close, although there are contingency plans in place should things change.


FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

What safety precautions are being taken?
All frequently touched surfaces are regularly cleaned with viral disinfectant in accordance with the World Health Organisation guidelines.

We still recommend you take proper precautions with your package, as you would with introducing any shipment to your home.

Are there any shipping delays?
All orders are shipped from our studio in Perth, Australia, and processing times have not been affected.

Deliveries within Australia:

Our Australia Post delivery service is still in operation. Most orders are arriving in 6 business days from shipment.

Deliveries outside of Australia:

Our country-wide postal organisation is still shipping to most countries, such as the United States, Canada, New Zealand as well as Europe. We suggest contacting your Customs authority to see if there are any delays due to COVID-19.
