The 'Wild and Free' subscription box is a two month repeat subscription (your initial payment will occur on the date of the order and then every two months). You will receive a gift box every two months.
What will I receive?
Choose the style of jewellery pieces you would like and every two months weāll send you jewellery from our store valued between $50 to $75. The gift box may include either a single piece or multiple pieces - necklaces, earrings, brooches, bracelets, hair-pins or rings. We donāt like ruining surprises and telling you exactly what you are receiving because it's more fun when it's a surprise!. However the photographs listed show some sample jewellery pieces may be selected for you every two months. In addition to the jewellery pieces listed on our website, you may also receive new jewellery designs before they are officially launched on our website.
When will the payments occur?
Your initial payment will occur on the date of the order and then every two months. Please note unfortunately at this stage PayPal cannot be used to purchase a subscription gift box.Ā Ā
When will the jewellery pieces be placed in the post?
Your first (and every subsequent parcel) will be made and placed in the post within ten business days from your payment. All pieces are made and shipped from Perth, Australia (we ship worldwide).
Can I gift my subscription to someone?Yes, of course! Any time during the subscription you can gift certain month (or the lifetime of the subscription) to someone else. You can edit the shipping address at any time.
How long does my subscription last?
Your subscription lasts as long as you want it to! Every two months you will be charged and we'll send you some new jewellery pieces.
Of course, you can opt out at any time.
What if I don't like my jewellery piece?
We want you to love your jewellery pieces! If you're not happy with the surprise jewellery piece (or pieces!) you have received, first consider gifting it to a friend who would love it. Otherwise, within 7 days of your receiving the jewellery please email me at hello[@]onehappyleaf.com for an exchange.
Can I customise a jewellery piece?
Unfortunately we are unable to customise our pieces or take on special requests for 'Wild and Free' gift boxes.
