Shipping within Australia starts at AUD$4.50 (without tracking) or AUD$8.95 (with tracking). EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA
Shipping outside of Australia starts at AUD$4.60 (without tracking). Shipping with tracking is a flat fee of AUD$24.60 regardless of the number of pieces added to the cart.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?

We ship all items with Australia Post. All jewellery items will be posted within 1 - 5 business days after payment has been received. Postage delivery times vary from country to country and city to city, and can also be affected by country customs or local postal services.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERIES
In general, items bound for Australian destinations usually arrive within 1- 6 working days from the postage date.

EVERYWHERE OUTSIDE OF AUSTRALIA

Parcels sent to addresses outside of Australia can take anywhere between 6 -21 working days to arrive in your country. We have found on average that most parcels take 15 business days to arrive. Note: Tracking for international orders is recommended. 

Note: Tracking for international orders is recommended. If there are any customs or country refusal issues with your parcel, we are unable to accept responsibility. However, if the parcel is returned to us from your country's customs, we will happily refund your money upon receival.

Over at One Happy Leaf headquarters we want you to love your wooden piece! So, if you're not happy, please make contact within seven days from when you received your wooden treasure. One Happy Leaf will refund you the amount of the purchase (minus any shipping costs) once the product has been returned in its original condition.

Orders that are cancelled before shipment can be refunded immediately.
